description: People have numerous memories over the course of their life, but they disappear quickly and there is no easy way to keep track of them. Even worse, people move around all the time and there is no easy-to-use mobile applications to effectively organize memories. In this project, we propose to have a new mobile application to help the users address this issue. Compared with the complex design of Snapchat and Google Photos, our solution provides a simple management options, such as create and view custom memories based on the location. In terms of design, our solution uses MapKit framework to render memories in an intuitive display and adopts Xcode storyboard feature to have a seamless transition from the paper prototype to programming. The implementation of the system not only displays memories on the map, but it also stores them in a relational database, i.e. SQLite, which supports easy queries. For example, our application can create custom filters for the map by using attributes, such as date and location. The result of our project makes creating and viewing memories straightforward and intriguing. The contribution of the project not only creates a new platform for the users to store memories, that eliminates the hassle of remembering the memories, but it also has a potential to allow the users to share their memories to their connections.
