description: Small businesses are significantly less likely than national chains stores to have an online presence. They are also far more reliant on regular cash flow to stay afloat. However, due to the capability of the space, they need to bar customers from entering or turn shoppers away. In this project, we propose to create a new website wireframe that could be easily adapted by any small business to create an overnight online presence. Our solution not only can facilitate the ordering of goods for the local customers, but it also allows the small business owners to keep their volumes high enough to satisfy the customers’ needs. The implementation of the system includes front-end user interface design and back-end infrastructure development for data management. The result shows that the proposed idea can enable the online presence for small businesses, and this is especially important for them under a special condition, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
